Open Campus Day 2021 has passed and we hope all of you have enjoyed it as much as we did. We would like to once again thank the authors for all of their wonderful contributions to our annual image and video contest. We had a really tight competition this year in both of the categories as all of the contributions were very exciting:

Image of the retina of the fruit fly, drosophila melanogaster, showing the photoreceptors (red), cone cells (green) and nuclei and the crystalline lens (blue). The image was acquired using Zeiss LSM 800 inverted confocal microscope with a 20x objective.
Winner of the Video category: is “Cells visiting IST” by Jonna Hannele Alanko (Sixt Group):
Dendritic cells migrating in 50um wide PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) channels (imaged with Nikon Ti2 setup).
