We hereby want to inform you that you can report incidents via the PPMS booking system: please use this in case anything was not working properly during your booked session. You can find this option at the bottom of the page in the device calendar. Please do take the effort to write a short description about the issue you encounter and include a screenshot or photos in case this seems appropriate: error messages, inappropriate condition microscope, etc… .
